Many Rifles is a writer, paintball warrior and erstwhile adventurer. He earned his camp name "Many Rifles," by informing one of his fellows of the trade value of his wife. He is the founder of Buckskinning.org and The Orion Foundation and is also a wilderness medic for a Central Texas search and rescue team. He lives in a van, down by the river, somewhere in the foothills of the Texas Hill Country.
